Schools

A recent ballot issue is funding the newest addition to the Hallsville R-IV School District, which serves more than 1,200 students in grades K-12. Most recently awarded the honor of "Distinction in Performance," Hallsville is also home to state champion athletic teams.

  • The Chamber of Commerce, with more than 100 members and growing, which meets at noon, the first Monday of the month at the Hallsville Community Center.
  • The Hallsville Community Development Association, which hosts several events, including Heritage Days that runs the third weekend in June, annually.
